    I have been designing and maintaining small business and personal websites since 1995. My fee for designing a site of up to 20 pages, is $500 for set up, then $25/hr to maintain site, you pay hosting fees. Email for quote on larger site. I can provide you with an excellent hosting site, or you can choose one and I'll maintain your site there.  If all you want is the designing without maintenance or hosting... then you pay the one-time design fee only.

Not every site will need all these features, and it will depend on your web host what will be available. All these features and more are available through the host I use.

   Generally it takes one to two weeks to set up a fully functional site, depending on how quickly we communicate. I'll work closely with you via email, instant messenger, or telephone to make sure the site is done to your specifications. There is no hourly fee during this time, and I work as many hours as it takes to complete the site. Once the site is done to your satisfaction, you are free to either maintain and update the site yourself, or I will contract to do the service for you at $25 per hour. Most updates, if not extensive, can be done in an hour or less.

   I also have graphic design experience. I'm able to design graphics that reflect your tastes and style so that your site truly reflects you, rather than being a generic site that looks like half the others out there. I also design logos and graphics for small businesses. I've taught graphics and web design, and am currently working on a BS in Web Design and Multimedia.

   I also can submit your page/s to the major search engines for a very low monthly fee.  This is how you get your site seen the most effectively to increase your traffic.
